Bathroom is right in the middle of the hallway and the kitchen area was disorganized. The gentleman who handled our paperwork seemed new at it. He read the title of the paper and then handed it to us, or he read half the sheet trying to summarize it for us and twice he was wrong about why we were signing that particular paper. Then they had to call us back in from the parking lot because there was more to sign. The other group they had scheduled at the same time was very agitated about the terms and vocalized their displeasure to everyone in the bldg, probably should have found a room for them to sit in away from the entrance (I would).
