  I visited the Pembroke Pines location of Fedex offices and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. To start, there was no greeting when I walked into the store, which already set a poor tone. I was directed to scan for a my phone to print the label, and after completing that, I was called to the front desk. The associate began processing my return and informed me there would be a $3 charge for a bag to package the item. However, when I was ready to proceed and pay, the associate walked away and began chatting with coworkers in the back about personal topics like nails and beauty salons. I was left standing there waiting, with no communication or acknowledgment. Thankfully, another associate—a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch—noticed the situation. He stepped in, apologized for the delay, and assisted me promptly and professionally. He truly turned the experience around with his excellent customer service. Kudos to him for stepping up and taking care of the customer when others did not. I hope this recognition reaches him, because he represents the level of service that should be standard. That said, the lack of professionalism and attentiveness from the other associate needs to be addressed.

  I just Walked in to ship 2 packages. 3 people at the counter but Only 1 person in front of me and 3 workers. Waited 15 minutes to get someone to help me. He was helpful but after giving me their email address to forward labels w shipping info, he walked away and never came back. After 10 minutes of waiting at the counter a woman (I think her name was Kim) finally approached me. I had to Explain to her as I already had to the guy, that I needed their help with printing 2 shipping labels. She was not friendly almost hateful. I took my packages and left. No one there seemed to give a crap about me and the other customers. I get better service at the USPS. I’ll never go back to that FedEx Kinko location!

  The worst service ever, super lazy , super rude, not to mention they close up to 5min early, this has happened several times at this center the 10210 on pines blvd, in Pembroke Pines, they aren’t very helpful when you ask for help they give you an attitude, specially the manager with the short white/silver hair.
