I went in there today Saturday the 28th of February to send out something I had sold on eBay a DeWalt tool kit with four tools two batteries and a charger. The man that was helping I think his name was Dennis was clueless he said I couldn't send it because of the batteries and all these other things he looked in the book and he says no I can't send it but eBay sent it with a USPS label. I went to a different post office the guy looked at it said you have the QR code I gave him the QR code he threw the label on it and sent it out.
I suggest you don't go to the Post office at Pines and University Boulevard

Grew up with this PO. Generally, no issues with going in and dropping off packages. But in terms of how they deliver: they frequently mix up house numbers (I regularly have to redirect mail to my neighbors) and they also mark packages as delivered before (and regardless of whether) they are actually delivered. I gotta speak up, these issues need to be addressed. The people deserve a postal system that just works.
