I have never had any issues with any USPS store before.
In the past when living in Coconut Grove maybe twice in 5 years my mother would misplace her UPS box and drop it at USPS by mistake, but we never had to worry because they were honest and gave it to UPS immediately. I understand it was our mistake, but thought the transparency like other stores would apply. Wrong! Since living in Pembroke Pines unfortunately it has happened 2x and we went to the store to ask about them apologizing for our mistake and they reassured us they would give it to UPS. Both packages were lost forever. I saw a post about them possibly stealing packages, especially packages like mine that were accidentally dropped. I’m starting to believe this. USPS should really do a re-evaluation of the staff at this store. Can’t have so many complaints of this store and do nothing about it. Or maybe we should reach out straight to corporate instead of leaving a review. Im scared to drop packages here. Will go to another USPS from now on.

Rude staff. Also overcharged me for getting a simple tracking number by forcing me to get priority mail.
