Instead of educating and informing me she chose to use her platform to mock me as if I am incompetent for not knowing already. She was loud and unprofessional for no reason and extended the situation unnecessarily to make a point to try and embarrass me.

The handicap door doesn't open because they either purposely lock one side or have never fixed it. It leads to one door side only available for exit and entrance and people carrying packages and flow to be disrupted. Isn't this a Ada hazard?
