The mailing/sales associate Marie was extremely rude and thought it was okay ridicule me in from of other customers because I was not aware of a certain mailing format. Instead of educating and informing me she chose to use her platform to mock me as if I am incompetent for not knowing already. She was loud and unprofessional for no reason and extended the situation unnecessarily to make a point to try and embarrass me.

Fix the front door!!!. They have the front door broken for about 2 months with a sign. The handicap door doesn't open because they either purposely lock one side or have never fixed it. It leads to one door side only available for exit and entrance and people carrying packages and flow to be disrupted. Isn't this a Ada hazard?

Just about the rudest, unbothered, unkind person i’ve met in my life.
Worst customer service probably in the whole world.
How she still works here with all her bad reviews is a mystery to me.
She wouldn’t last one day in my business.
Never coming back.

The service here left me very uncomfortable. The clerk was nice and polite with other customers, but when it was my turn her tone and attitude completely changed. She spoke to me in a dismissive way, as if I was bothering her.
After two interactions like that, I just decided to leave. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect.
