When coming to this UPS store, think twice. I dropped off my old iPhone at this location on October 14 to be shipped. Today, I found out that the phone was never sent. I only learned this because AT&T is now trying to charge me $804, claiming they never received my old phone. This situation is not my fault. I properly handed over the phone to this UPS store for shipment, and due to their failure to send it, I am now facing an unfair charge. I should not be held financially responsible for a mistake made by the UPS store.

I returned my T-Mobile phone on Oct 30th 2025 @ 3:50PM and it's January 6th 2026 and T-Mobile hasn't received the phone! I called this location and they said the problem was with this shipping label then i called T-Mobile and they said it was fine! There is no movement and i opened up an investigation with T-Mobile! I will also go to the BBB for this location! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i can give it a 0 star i would! I need an explanation!

The best UPS store, Kaylan was so incredibly sweet and helpful. She patiently helped me pack my packages. Hardly any weight this is such a great store. Everyone is always so helpful and accommodating.
