  The 2 people working at this location Saturday afternoon 1/31/26 are terrible and very unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least. It’s almost as if 2 children were left to run a store the service was terrible and seems to be the norm here. I will definitely be visiting a different location the first ever worst experience here.

  I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your local UPS store. I paid $150 for a shipping service, expecting that such a significant cost would include the basic necessities required to complete the transaction. I was extremely upset to then be told that I would need to pay an additional $3 simply to have my shipping label printed. Charging extra for something as fundamental as printing a shipping label—especially after already paying a premium price—felt unreasonable and frankly petty. It left me feeling nickel-and-dimed rather than valued as a customer. This experience was frustrating and detracted entirely from what should have been a straightforward service. I expect transparency and fair treatment when purchasing services, particularly at this price point. This policy reflects poorly on customer service and has seriously impacted my perception of your store. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider practices that create unnecessary frustration for customers.

  I come to this UPS Store pretty often, mostly for returns and shipping packages, and the experience has always been great. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been patient and helpful. Sometimes I bring in multiple return packages and they always take the time to help process everything without making it feel rushed. They’re very professional and easy to work with. What I really appreciate is how smooth the whole process is. Even when the store gets busy, the line usually moves pretty quickly and the employees handle everything efficiently. The store itself is clean and organized, which also makes the experience better. Overall, it’s just a very reliable UPS location. If you need to ship something or handle returns, I definitely recommend this place. The team here always makes things easy and stress-free.
