  When I got to the UPS store at 9 AM they were closed. They were supposed to be open at 9 AM but they didn’t open till 9:20.Upon opening, I asked the employee to enlarge a survey for me. He said that he couldn’t do it that I needed a digital copy.That is not true. My neighbor was there two days ago and had the exact same thing that I was requesting, done. If the employee doesn’t know what he’s doing he should’ve just been honest instead of making excuses.

  Adrian and Isabella went the extra mile to help me at the UPS Store on 185th and Pines today. Even though the store was packed, they managed to assist me with my Amazon return with patience, professionalism, and a smile. Their positive attitude truly stood out, young people like them make a real difference in customer service. Thank you both!

  ALWAYS the absolute slowest of slow, every single day. And abnormally so many people returning dozens of packages at a time - many of the same every day. Go to the UPS down the street, much better! Never returning here even though its 0.2 miles from home. The worst!

  The usual employees like Kong here are pretty efficient. But today this new batch took 30 min helping 2 people. The line was out the door. The female employee Raquel just needed to package a present. That's it. She then walked out of the store with no word, even though the line was out the door. The male employee (no name tag) quite literally copied a ~50 page document page by page by page. No use of the document feeder ever. Slowest I've ever seen people move. If you've seen Zootopia, it was the equivalent of Flash Slothmore. Please have a quick line for easy Amazon returns that take 30 seconds. Thanks.
