  I work for a doctors office in Pembroke Pines, we used to get our water through Ready Refresh. It was recently bought by “Primo Brand”. Since then, our deliveries have been left anywhere but our office. “Mind you they ask for your office hours”. The waters have been left in the lobby, outside our door after hours, “and we have to drag them in the next day etc. Our water delivery never came on Friday. I called customer service and reschedule water for Tuesday 19th after telling them it never arrived. “Rep didn’t seem to care”. I also scheduled a cleaning for that Tuesday because staff said water tasted strange. No water was delivered. Mind you no email or text was sent until 4:30pm. I got a text they could not deliver our water until 21st. Unfortunately, the filter cleaning service did not arrive as well. The 21st they water, but no one came to clean filter. I will call them today again, but I may just have to start looking for another water company.
