Manager Ricardo and his employees Kim and another latin lady did not have good human relations. I did the line twice to print some documents in my email and the employee Kim just gave me a barcode to follow instructions. I went to the machine and I couldn't print it, I went to her and she told me that she would help me in a moment and never came. The manager walked back and forth by my side and never stopped to ask me if I needed help. So I did the line again and the employee Kim did not go with me to help with the printer, just explained to me how to print the document through my phone to the printer. I did it again and received a message through the email that the document did not upload again and again. So I asked the guy who is the manager he stated he is and I told him that I need help to print my documents and talked with a latin lady to help me when she finished. She finished and passed by my side and did not help me at all. Nobody helped me at all, I felt like an object. So I went to the manager and asked for his name and his employee name, which he provided to me, so I told him that I am going to report this issue to Corpus. I left the store. I took some pictures of the inside stores and of him, so he came out and went to me very aggressively telling me that this is privacy and to erase all pictures that I did. But he had time to come to me for that, but no time to help me, just ignoring me. My advice is do not waste your time and money to go to that store and to Fedex, period. Go better to UPS, or Office Depot. The treatment is better and more professional. I went the next day to UPS and they helped very well. I placed a complaint to Fedex Corpus about the issue and I hope they can do anything for the customer service and fire those 3 bad employees. I will rate them with Zero star, but awfully I have to give them 1 star. Rrrrrrrrrrrrr
