- ZJZassy Jewelry1 day ago1.0The worst service ever, super lazy , super rude, not to mention they close up to 5min early, this has happened several times at this center the 10210 on pines blvd, in Pembroke Pines, they aren’t very helpful when you ask for help they give you an attitude, specially the manager with the short white/silver hair.

Every time I call customer service, I get an automated message and never get any information about my package. It's the worst delivery company ever. I need a refund if they don't release my package.

She spoke to customers in a very disrespectful way and made the whole experience uncomfortable. When people come to a service business, they expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, but that was definitely not the case here. I hope management addresses this issue because no customer should be treated the way we were.

It’s obvious the team here takes pride in their work and customer service. Highly recommend this location if you need reliable printing or shipping services.

Not with the name and not with the order number. I go there, show them the order and the receipt. They still cannot retrieve it. They tell me if I want to print, I will have to pay again. Accidentally, they found the copies lying on the desk. Complete incompetence
