  At this location DO NOT JUST DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES AT THE KIOSK, Make sure you hand your package/packages to a clerk and make sure they scan the packages and are marked as received at this location. Dropped off 2 pairs of expensive shoes on a Friday and one mysteriously went missing. Went back to this location on Saturday to see if the package was left in the drop off box and an employee said that everything was picked up they also looked at the video and saw the packages getting scanned.Obviously it was a lie because the missing packages had no scans, the other package already had 5 scans.I was given a business card with the store manager name and was told to call back on Monday. A few Hours later on Saturday the package was mysteriously scanned as accepted at this same location even though I was assured that it had been scanned by one of the clerks at the store and scanned by the driver that picked it up on Friday.BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION

  Mel is fantastic, but Ryan could use some customer service training. Making up policies and shouting back to managers in front of customers is a new one.

  Unbelievably unprofessional service from this location! After waiting to send a 6 page fax that was on first page bar for a good 5 min, i asked the guy for some assistance after he told me that will take awhile. He tells me with attitude that he cannot get the fax to go any faster but i can cancel it! I did and he didn’t help with that either, came and unplugged it after telling him that I've been waiting for 5 min now ,and don’t have 20-30 min to wait for 6 pages ! Left without says nothing and had to drag words out of him that my $25 pre-approved charge will not go through

  Staff is incredible here! I called so many places to try to print some documents I needed on sticker paper and this is the only store that helped me! Highly reccomend them for printing jobs.
