- DMD MFeb 11, 20264.0This was my first time using this UPS store. I was in the neighborhood and had a few Amazon returns, so I decided to stop. I had read the reviews and was concerned that I would be forced to use the kiosk for my Amazon returns. When I entered the store, it was busy but fortunately, they had 3 people working the desk and one that I would call a "roamer." As soon as I got in line, one of the men at the desk called out to people in line that the kiosk was available. Then, the "roamer" came over and asked me if I wanted to use the kiosk. I replied no and he offered to help me.I again said no. I have used the kiosk before at my local UPS store and it takes much longer than it does for me to take my packages to the employee to be scanned. My packages are always ready, I have the QR codes ready, and it takes seconds for me to get through once it's my turn. I was fortunate to have Jacki scan my packages for me. She was friendly and efficient and reassured me that I did not ever have to use the kiosk if I didn't want to at that location. This UPS store sits in a shopping center with a Publix grocery store, the kiss of death for parking lots, so it has very heavy traffic and parking can be an issue depending on the time of day. Just be aware of that and choose your time carefully.
