  I visited this brand-new location today to drop off an Amazon return and was met with highly questionable business practices. Although my item was already securely packaged in its original shipping box, the staff refused to accept it unless I purchased a new box from them for $11.00. I was told this was for "safety," but it felt like a transparent attempt to pad profits at the customer’s expense. I have used the Parrish location on US 301 for years without ever encountering this "policy." It is disappointing to see a new business prioritize a quick sale over professional service and customer loyalty. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
