The prices could be debated about being too high but there in line with other places. Much more convenient then the Lynn Haven location for me. **UPDATE** After re-reading my original review, I want to clarify something: I don’t want anyone to think that this location’s prices are out of line. I believe their pricing is right in line with what other shipping carriers are charging, and the reality is that shipping in general has simply become more expensive everywhere. That increase shouldn’t reflect negatively on how I feel about this particular UPS Store — and I hope my five-star rating makes that clear. The staff here has always been helpful, professional, and easy to work with, and my rating is based on the consistent service they provide, not on the broader cost of shipping. Just wanted to make sure that was understood and that the credit goes where it’s due.

My package was returned, and I went to the store to follow up on how to proceed whether with a refund or another possible solution. The woman at the store told me to send an email with my concern and to attach pictures of the returned package. I followed her instructions and sent the email, but I never received any response not even an acknowledgment. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. She was very unprofessional, showing no interest in helping me resolve the issue. I was shocked at how little she cared about helping. This kind of behavior from a company as large as UPS is unacceptable. There was no resolution, no refund, and no accountability.
