But, the little old lady that was in line in front of me he treated horribly. He got mad at her for not asking about certified delivery. I should have said something to him, but if it were my mom that he treated her that way, I would have jumped over the counter and dealt with him. If you do not have patience with older folks here Florida, you are living in the wrong state. Oh, and remember, you will be old someday. Treat others like you want to be treated.

I already wasn’t having the best day, plus this was my first time I have ever mailed out a package from a post office. Luckily I had a friend with me to ease my anxiety. When I walked in Bill greeted me, told him was I was trying to do, then from that point on, he was mansplaining me, had my anxiety through the roof, showed zero patience towards me, kept saying rude things to me out loud definitely not under his breath, and eventually just walked away. Finally a nice lady that was also working at the front, was very patient with me, telling me what to do step by step, and was very helpful (wish I remembered her name). But that whole experience left me super embarrassed and teary eyed. And from what I can read from other reviews, this isn’t the first time bill has been distasteful. Genuinely hope he gets fired.
