My regular mail was delivered but two of my packages that were also supposed to be delivered never got delivered . And as soon as I call to report it the same day how is it possible they put my mail in my mailbox but kept my packages and marked them as delivered. I was too to wait 24 hrs to see if it still comes . The next day I was supposed to revived my last two packages which would complete the whole order of 4 separate packages but they were never delivered. USPS marked it delivered. I asked my landlord to check cameras and she stated she only saw them put mail in the mail box but they never walked to my door to leave any packages or mybneighbors . I made this a point in my report to usps cuz it’s obvious they stole it and all I was told was they would contact the carrier then 2 days later “sorry weren’t able to locate the packages “ yea cuz your ppl stealing packages and yall don’t ever do anything to get ppls stuff back. That was Christmas items I waited weeks for and now they won’t be getting a gift on time . It’s not fair and someone needs to be fired and thier whole process investigated.
