TWILIGHT ZONE = USPS telling me it is NOT ILLEGAL for someone to cancel my mailing address and stop all mail from being delivered. Really? Anyone can PUNISH people or businesses using USPS? Anyone can cancel someone else's mailing address by saying they moved and left no forwarding address? We have been at this address for over 6 YEARS. We are a Medical Practice. The mail we receive is time sensitive and critical to patient care. How can this not be illegal? USPS told me they can see in the system where / when someone made the address change, but they will not give me any information because it is NOT ILLEGAL. So, this person can keep interfering with our mail and nothing can be done to stop them or identify them. I have been working this problem for weeks. 3 different USPS investigators said this is not something they investigate. They documented it on the USPS case I opened. Isn't it identity theft for someone to say they are me and change my address? So, I contacted my local police. The detective said he would definitely open a case and contact the post office. Today he called me and said he spoke to a USPS investigator ... they reviewed the USPS case I opened ... he reported to me the USPS investigator said they would not investigate because it is NOT ILLEGAL for someone to cancel someone else's mailing address. They can just cancel it and say there is no forwarding address. The detective said he probably will not be able to go any further without the USPS's help. I thought interfering with the flow of mail or the operations of the United States Postal Service was a felony. I thought someone saying they are me and altering my address through the USPS was identity theft. This is crazy.

There should be a law of this Post Office not giving you a key when you first moved here. They are withholding holding my mail. When you tried to call the number at this location, it just disconnects you after ringing numerous times. I have medication sent to me in the mail and I don’t know why I cannot access it because it’s too hard to change a lock and give me the key on the mailbox.

Only kind people should work at the Post Office, People with compassion and customer care and service in mind. The gentleman today, shameful behavior. My father in law is dying, I needed my passport paperwork in today. Now I wont be able to get my paperwork in on time. You never cared to listen and your disregard for my very existence showed me all I need to know about you as a person sir. The Dismissiveness and Arrogance displayed was shameful. Never come here for passports, go to city hall. They actually speak to you like a human being. This place says its closed...its not but, it should be.
