- DDDebbie DoodleFeb 21, 20261.0On February 10, 2026 I paid 11.95 to send a letter Priority Mail. I was told it would make it to it's destination by 2/13. Here it is 2/21 and it has still not been delivered. It looks like it will be several days before they receive my letter. It was very important my envelope got to the recipient quickly. I will use UPS or FedX next time. The USPS has gone downhill in the last several years. They are a BIG disappointment. 😠

I had my forms filled out, my appointment scheduled, and my required forms of identification. I had read about Darcel and just knew she would be the one there to assist me today. She was - and I thought she was great! Two more people showed up for passport renewals while I was working with Darcel. She acknowledged everyone and juggled several tasks at once. I can understand that her style may be an acquired taste for some, but we hit it off. Go into the Post Office with a good attitude, hoping to make friends - with all of your papers and ID (and APPOINTMENT) - and you just might be pleasantly surprised.
