  The worst ups to do service that guy Keith his customer sucks Move with no urgency no care lines super long with slow incompetent persons waited 48 mins with one person before me to get a notary seal Person leaving in frustration due to the long wait for slow inconsiderate agents

  Jo ann is completely rude as an employee. She didn't great me walking in just simply said come here as if I am a dog or something. But what really grinds my gears was when she threw my money on the counter and says oh sorry I didn't mean too usp is trash on customer service

  Just stopped in to send a package back to Amazon. Needed a label printed and The UPS Store wants $3.00 for a shipping label to be printed. This is absolutely insane, so be warned in advance of the cost. On another note, last time I used this store my package did not make it back to the seller and I was charged by Amazon for my return, again, be warned about this store.
