- MGMr George G3 days ago1.0To rate this place 1 star is too much. The hardest working employee is the self serve machine. If that is down, it’s a bad day. Couple that with the self serve box is hit or miss on working. Lastly the mail people that delivery out of this office are awful. Well a few are, and the awful employees are well protected through this branch with excuse after excuse. Drive over the bridge and go to the office off of 17th street.

There was a line of about 12 or 13 people, but it’s not their fault that their managers aren’t putting enough people out there to help all the customers.

Doesn't scream customer care to me. And, what about potential theft? And, they didn't know how to print off my pre paid shipping label at the counter (since I didn't have a QR code I couldn't use the machine to print it off). They told me to go to UPS. Avoid all this hassle and this place... just go to UPS to begin with, they do take usps packages.

Again I have to wait in a long line everytime I come that could be avoided, and get me and everyone that comes out faster. A 1.8 stars 🌟 is a joke... obviously this location needs help!!!
