The drop-off box has been out of order for a long time. No one is planning to repair it. Especially during the holidays, there should be a lot of packages.

It’s Christmas Eve, just greeted the supervisor with Merry Christmas and she responded with “mm hm.” Time to put the word customer back in customer service here.

This PO is in need of some serious overhaul of its operations and staff. The staff and operations conducted move more sluggishly than an antiquated piece of machinery. Underscoring the inconvenience and efficiency factors—one person working the counter at any given time is inexcusable. Particularly, during peak times of day and seasons.
