I explained to the gentleman that I required a large amount of packing including packing peanuts. He never explained to me that the store no longer uses those. I also asked that the box be marked the correct way as far as being upright. None of that was accomplished. There was one tape that said fragile and one piece of small bubble wrap. I spent over $200 to mail it overnight and when it arrived It was completely destroyed. The plot was broken at least nine or 10 pieces. The pot was also laying on its side with no arrows showing this way to be upright. When I returned to file a claim, I met with someone who was extremely smug, flippant and arrogant stating “it doesn’t matter, even if it falls off a four story building.“ He was referring to the fact that they would refuse to guarantee the integrity of the package. I would sincerely recommend never mailing anything remotely fragile from the store as the personnel seemed to have an attitude problem about protecting something to be sent
