I wish that I could remember the names of the people who helped me because they seriously saved a life. I'm not being hyperbolic. They did. I took a chance and ordered a new pet from an online source, and paid for overnight shipping. I received an email from the seller suggesting that I call the UPS 1-800 number to schedule a pick up. They outsource their calls to international answering centers, and the gentlemen that I spoke with advised me that they could not arrange for me to pick up my package from a store, but he assured me that I could live track my package. This was not at all the case. I was in a panic trying to find out how I could possibly make sure my creature was safe. And they absolutely handled it. They got me my pet safe and sound, and put my mind at ease. Thank you guys so much!
