While they were polite about it, there's no acceptable reason for a package to travel thouusands of miles due to a UPS error, then, not only blame the customer, but not offer a refund or an alternative other than paying for a package to be sent AGAIN. The 'exeption' by UPS was complete BS. A missing apartment number for a building with two apartments and one entry. Also, the apartment number is not even part of the legal address and is never used nor requested by carriers INCLUDING UPS until now. Not that they care, but I will never be back.
