I usually take my Amazon returns here for the last year or so for the convenience. The last 2 times, 2 separate employees have stated that they will get in trouble for helping a customer at the counter instead of having that customer use the kiosk. This blows my mind as someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, that a manager would have a rule that their employees can NOT help a customer. I understand the kiosk is there to help with flow, but to literally get on to your employees for doing what they are there to do is bizarre.
