- KFKyle FNov 14, 20251.0Come here at least 2 to 3 times a week to do shipments and Amazon returns and I can assure you I will never come back after the experience I had with an associate for an Amazon customer packed package that he informed me needed to be filled with either packing peanuts or paper (Which is utterly false and not required by Amazon or UPS for that matter) and then said it would be costing $8. I then said, forget it I’ll take it to a different location to which the associate Rudely responded and said it’s policy they will make you do the same which again is utterly false. The owner of the store should have a thorough conversation with his associates to inform them the standard procedure for all Amazon returns and customer Pac return returns and how to be polite to customers.
