This has happened to wedding stuff with another homeowner. It has happened with our treasurer and me constantly hearing about stuff not delivered. She was rude. Not willing to check other boxes for me claiming they were broke. Unbelievable. She needs to find a new job because she can't do hers, obviously!

I have tried to put claims in for both with no success. I have emailed with no response. When you ask in store, they just say it's all online. WELL ONLINE DOESN'T WORK. It feels like a scam. They make it impossible on purpose. AWFUL!!! They owe me about $150 and will not do anything or even acknowledge the issue.
