It took my refund 3 months ($550), but I accepted that as mistakes happen. The other day I needed just 10 inches of adhesive tape from them while sending 5 packages. Nope, no way, and they make you feel like a beggar! I had to either buy it from the store or go home use my own.

The owner wouldn’t even talk to me no mention of insurance or anything. I’m not looking to recover the cost of the product, but an offer of reimbursement for shipping That never happened , would be nice! Absolutely Lousy customer service!! I won’t be going back 👎👎👎
