I walked back to my car and looked back; she let the Amazon delivery driver in with a return. That's horrible customer service! Some of us nurses and doctors who are out saving the world run on a tight schedule, it would be nice to know that out community is a bit more understanding.

Well that changed last Thursday October 16th when I encountered the rudest employee ever. After several minutes of holding my phone and trying to make a copy I asked if she was having a bad day. No response, no eye contact! She walked away with my phone 2 more times and finally said that one copy was $3.53! Are you kidding me!!?? Done with UPS I'll use Going Postal
