  I wish I could give 0 stars, worst service I’ve ever had, they can’t even do the one thing they are supposed to which is get a package delivered. Not only are the self service machines always broken or malfunctioning but also there is no one around in person. If your package is actually delivered you got LUCKY. Not to mention they have lost my incoming mail multiple times. This is by far the WORST post office I’ve ever been to, even the facility is poorly taken care of. They never have anything stocked for supplies, the only supplies they do have will be thrown on the ground and filthy. Good luck getting anything actually shipped if you come to the Palm Coast post office

  One of the worst USPS locations ever, inaccurate information given by the workers, constant attitudes and disregard to customer concerns, mail goes missing constantly.

  We are extremely disappointed with the complete lack of service over the past three days. There have been no deliveries and no pickups at our property. We currently have outgoing mail sitting and waiting to be collected, with no explanation whatsoever. This is not a weather-related issue — we are experiencing beautiful Florida weather, so that cannot be used as an excuse. Additionally, phone calls to the office go unanswered, which only adds to the frustration. Reliable mail service is essential. We expect consistent delivery and pickup, as well as basic communication when there is a problem. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

  Everyone there is always so nice… but first time dealing with Timmy, and he was horrible to me just now. I come in with a $5,000 package and wanted to do a price comparison with 2 different services. Huffing and puffing, telling me “I would have to go in and go all the way back out” he already knew it was an expensive item at this point because I told him I wanted to insure it for 5k at the start of the conversation. The price comparison took about 10 seconds. He continued to be horrible to me, cutting me off. Everything. To the point where I said “I would appreciate if you could handle this with a bit more professionalism. Having to say that to a grown man is crazy. I was so polite from the start. i work in customer service too so I always make sure to be super polite to them. But he was just absolutely horrible. I will make sure to wait for a different person to help me next time.
