We are extremely disappointed with the complete lack of service over the past three days. There have been no deliveries and no pickups at our property. We currently have outgoing mail sitting and waiting to be collected, with no explanation whatsoever. This is not a weather-related issue — we are experiencing beautiful Florida weather, so that cannot be used as an excuse. Additionally, phone calls to the office go unanswered, which only adds to the frustration. Reliable mail service is essential. We expect consistent delivery and pickup, as well as basic communication when there is a problem. This level of service is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

Everyone there is always so nice… but first time dealing with Timmy, and he was horrible to me just now. I come in with a $5,000 package and wanted to do a price comparison with 2 different services. Huffing and puffing, telling me “I would have to go in and go all the way back out” he already knew it was an expensive item at this point because I told him I wanted to insure it for 5k at the start of the conversation. The price comparison took about 10 seconds. He continued to be horrible to me, cutting me off. Everything. To the point where I said “I would appreciate if you could handle this with a bit more professionalism. Having to say that to a grown man is crazy. I was so polite from the start. i work in customer service too so I always make sure to be super polite to them. But he was just absolutely horrible. I will make sure to wait for a different person to help me next time.

Sent out a certified letter through the post office in Palm Coast on the 9th of December... It was to a local shop only 5 minutes away... By December 10th they had shipped it to lake Mary, that same day it was shipped out to Orlando, then on the 11th it arrived back at lake Mary... On the 12th the postman marked the building " vacant "... The building is not vacant, they do have very dark glass on the windows but they also have a mailbox right in front.... On the 14th it arrived in fort Myers!!!! On the 17th it finally left fort Myers.. on the 21st it was in transit LOL to who knows where.... And this service cost me $11.17 !!!!!???? And I have no idea where my certified letter is that was extremely important to be delivered.... The post office had absolutely an unmotionless response.... And no answers.... And they wonder why they are going out of business, I can tell them why.
