We've lived in Palm Coast for 13 years and have had major problems over that time with this Post Ofice 1. They mistreated our first mailbox so much that that they broke it and it had to be replaced. 2. Once they delivered one month's held-mail to our small mailbox and so overstuffed it that we couldn't get it out without major effort (we requested they deliver it in a bin to our door but they didn't comply). 3. Recently they lost one month's held mail. Of course we were extremely upset but no one at the post office seemed to care at all. We went to the post office 4 days and asked each agent to call us with status. No one called. Finally we talked to "Manager Brent". He was curt and rude from the start. He failed to call us as promised, for 5 days. On our final visit Brent finally located our mail. Of course we were extremely surprised and asked where it had been. For whatever reason he refused to tell us. He was so obnoxious that we complained to the Postmaster about Brent: a) he is extemely rude and obnoxious, b) he failed to call us for 5 days when he promised to do so, c) he had no people-skills whatsoever and should NOT have this job.

I shipped a package via USPS. It was $20. I was shipping it ground because there was no hurry to ship priority. I needed ONE piece of tape. The lady wouldn’t give it to me because I was shipping ground. If I shipped any other way, she would have given it to me. So if you so choose to ship a package from here, bring your own tape or plan on paying $4 so you can use ONE piece of tape!
