My wife and I just renewed our vows where we had our license notarized the year prior. Thank you to the same wonderful staff as before, especially Angel who officiated for us again. They did a wonderful job decorating and making the event special. Absolutely recommend this UPS as a wedding venue and for your shipping needs.

Shipped a packed, went to my truck and went back in because I gave them the wrong address. Told me they already shipped it….no pick up vehicle in sight ,on a Saturday. Have to call customer service. They lied to me because they didn’t want to do it.
Furthermore, the one 800 number said that they should’ve been able to change it in the store. Additionally, the guy that runs the route was getting his haircut done after me, at the man cave. Before I shipped my package. He lives in Saint Augustine. Maybe I should call him. So as per your response, go ahead and send me the video.

Horrible costumer service they charge me $5 to used one strip of tape. I ask $5 for that, she replay next time bring your package ready!!!😳If people don’t like to work all day with costumer they should think better before applying to a job.

I've had the absolute worst customer experience with UPS and this store.
It started when I shipped a package of computer parts to a close friend, mind you, someone who was in my wedding, and trust completely. The delivery got delayed, and eventually, I received a "proof of delivery" notification with no photo attached. I called my buddy right away, and he confirmed: nothing had shown up at his door.
Five days later, the tracking updated to say the package had been "refused by the receiver." Confused, I reached out to him again. He swore no one had even attempted delivery.
Now, UPS claimed the package was on its way back to me. I called customer service, only to be told I'd have to visit a UPS store in person to reroute it. Fine, I thought; I made the trip, handed over the details, and they assured me they'd handle the reroute. "We'll call you if anything goes wrong," they promised.
Ten days of radio silence followed. When I finally checked the tracking myself, I discovered the package had been returned to the very same store. No call, no heads-up, despite my phone number being clearly written on the label.
I headed back to the store, fuming. Once again, they insisted it had been refused by the receiver and that if I wanted to try sending it a third time, I'd have to pay full shipping costs all over. Absolutely not.
The box itself was a mess when I picked it up. Completely dinged up and mishandled, as you can see in the attached photo. Computer parts aren't cheap, and this whole ordeal felt like a slap in the face.
Never again. I'm done with UPS for good, and if you're reading this, consider yourself warned: steer clear unless you enjoy endless headaches.
