We visited this store with the intention of having my husband's I-797 and visa stamp notarized, and we had the original documents prepared. The staff promptly declined our request without reviewing the documents, stating that they are unable to notarize government-issued documents. I am curious to know if this policy is accurate or if there might have been another reason for their refusal.
Very Poor service, wasted our time.

The doors remain ajar and the location still appears “open” on Google, but staff are not accepting customers.
There is no clear signage, no alternate drop-off options listed, and no information about nearby locations or an estimated reopening date.
Very frustrating experience — customers are left without guidance or support.
