No matter when I have visited, it's always been a 15+ minute plus visit, mostly spent in line and there's no communication from one shift to the next. This location doesn't acknowledge you when you're standing in line for ages and they also prioritize Amazon returns over actual customers with two folks handling returns and long lines at the print counter. If you're waiting to check out or get help, good luck.
