However, the mail carrier named Laura is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. When I was trying to figure out why my mail wasn’t being delivered, she literally called me a liar for saying nothing was blocking my mailbox. I am APPALLED that she is allowed To speak to customers that way.

They started forwarding on 4/2, one day after it was requested. What a joke. Went to the Palm City post office to report it and was told "They started a little early". Every year it's the same problem. Some times it is forwarded some times it isn't. Birthday gift cards gone missing. Terrible service.
