  the employees are so helpful and always in a great mood - they are so polite and eager to help. The store is organized and clean. Carlton helped me today and he was delightful and made sure the difficult delivery address was in correctly and he went above and beyond.

  I am so impressed with the entire team and the exceptional service and solutions oriented approach to taking care of many shipping challenges! I want to especially recognize Chris, Jeanette and Ashley. They are amazing and UPS is luck to have them on their team!

  I absolutely love this UPS location! The staff here is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely go out of their way to help. They take the time to explain all your shipping, printing, and shredding options, never make you feel rushed, and if you happen to be in a hurry, they’re great at helping you get everything done quickly. I stop by this branch two to three times a week with a bunch of returns and am always greeted with a smile. If I could give 10 stars I would. They really care for each customer that comes in greeting most of them by name. Special thanks to Moses, Chris, Jeanette, Carlton, Ashley, and James each of them goes above and beyond to provide amazing service. This team sets the standard for what great customer care should look like!

  I'm very appreciative of the great service at UPS Palm Beach, where I have a mailbox and use other services. Ashley has been wonderful and most helpful, as well as Moses, Chris, James and Jeanette. Each of them has helped me with something at some point without expecting anything in return, and frequently when no one else is around. Thank you!
