Clerk Mike refused to help me and had me doing his job while assisting no one and just scrolling on his phone even as five customers came in after me. He simply didn’t want to bother to help them and just straight out said no to them. I am socked this is happening and management has not done anything about this. The staff overall does the bare minimum, and it shows. If you live on the Island, save yourself the frustration and go to another location where you’ll at least be treated with basic respect and people will do their job.
