    Literally the worst experience ever!!! Had me wait in a 7 person line for over 25 minutes to then tell me everyone had called out and they have to now cancel all appointments for the day but I took off work, and planned my day around this appointment for them to cancel it on the spot after waiting! So ridiculous!!!! Do not come here!

    Subject: Complaint Regarding Passport Appointment Experience – Palm Beach Gardens USPS Dear USPS Customer Relations, I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience at the Palm Beach Gardens Post Office. I had booked a passport appointment online for November 1, 2025, through the official USPS scheduling portal. Upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment was not valid because the online portal had not been updated to reflect a new internal policy. The service I received was deplorable. I was offered no apology, no eye contact, and no effort was made to provide assistance or clarification. The employee I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and completely inconsiderate of the inconvenience caused by USPS’s own system error. No one in the office made any attempt to help resolve the situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable—especially for a federal service handling important matters such as passports. I request that this incident be reviewed and that corrective action be taken to ensure the online system and staff conduct are addressed. Chris Gamer

    Slow service. Rude service. They don't care that the line is out the door and people are waiting. Elderly people, pregnant people, you name it. The wait is unreal. The postal delivery people mess up mail, deliver to wrong addresses. Parking is obnoxious. Why is this place still being run by incompetents.

    They had one guy working the counter -Nick, he was very competent and thorough I must admit. But with the long line it took an hour to mail a package! With many workers in the back! It must be the Manager is totally incompetent!
