Upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment was not valid because the online portal had not been updated to reflect a new internal policy. The service I received was deplorable. I was offered no apology, no eye contact, and no effort was made to provide assistance or clarification. The employee I interacted with was rude, dismissive, and completely inconsiderate of the inconvenience caused by USPS’s own system error. No one in the office made any attempt to help resolve the situation. This level of customer service is unacceptable—especially for a federal service handling important matters such as passports. I request that this incident be reviewed and that corrective action be taken to ensure the online system and staff conduct are addressed. Chris Gamer

The postal delivery people mess up mail, deliver to wrong addresses. Parking is obnoxious. Why is this place still being run by incompetents.
