  Awful experience here returning an Amazon package. The clerk made me purchase a package even though my Amazon account only required me to print out the barcode. Then the clerk was a complete jerk as I was leaving and mocked me on the way out. I will be avoiding this location for future UPS needs.

  My experience was truly excellent. Kayla provided outstanding assistance over the phone, giving me all the information I needed. When I arrived in the store, she made the process quick, easy, and pleasant. She was kind, attentive, and demonstrated exceptional customer service from start to finish.

  The customer service at this location is consistently disappointing. I tried to avoid leaving a negative review, but after multiple poor experiences, it feels necessary. The employees have repeatedly been rude and unhelpful, and several times have smelled strongly of marijuana. During my most recent visit, an employee even attempted to mock me while I was simply dropping off a pre-labeled UPS return. At this point, I’d rather drive the extra mile west to the Pak-Mail, where the staff is always friendly and professional. I encourage others to do the same.

  Worst customer service. I made an Amazon return there where the employee is supposed to scan a QR code and print a pre-paid label with a specific tracking # on it so the product matches up with its return order. The employee ended up printing a label and charging me for it, when they were not supposed to. He apparently printed a label with a random/wrong tracking # on it so the return never showed with Amazon. When I called them, they took ZERO responsibility. They argue and say it isn't their responsibility even though it is. I got Amazon customer service on and they told me that a/ I was not supposed to be charged for a pre-paid label, and b/ the store printed the wrong label. Then when I ask to speak with a manager, they tell me he's gone. When I ask what is his name, they make up a name 'Calvin' and when you ask for him on future calls, they say he's not in, even when I call during the times he's supposed to be on shift. It's a shell game. It must be the name they give to customers that is made up, so you can never reach a manager, as anytime you call, even midday, they say they stepped out for a meeting and won't be back all day. They are rude and take responsibility for nothing. Their employee clearly does NOT know what he is doing and it's NOT that hard to scan a QR code and print a pre-printed label and slap it on a box. AVOID THIS UPS STORE*** They are dishonest.
