I love this store this store I do all my Amazon and shipments from always have a friendly staff and store is very organized and clean. I would definitely come back. 10/10 experience with the staff

What I saw was a zombie's face. Are they unhappy because their job is too boring? Or is the salary not high enough? Or has their wife left home? Or are their children disobedient? I also received terrible service. I understand the customers who gave them a one-star rating, because I deeply felt their pain. I'm giving three stars because they ultimately helped me. A little more smile makes the world full of love…🙏🙏🙏😀 Thank you for your help, but I hope even more that you love your job, smile more, and be happier and healthier. No matter how busy or tired you are, give yourself a smile and bring love to others. This is the meaning of life, because we need each other…..

Most of the staff is really rude and unwilling to help. Very poor customer service. I gave them 1 star because they had some younger kids that were actually nice before. The current crew, is just horrible, I will stop going to this location and go to Jupiter instead, I don't feel like ruining my mood every time I go there.

Awful experience here returning an Amazon package. The clerk made me purchase a package even though my Amazon account only required me to print out the barcode. Then the clerk was a complete jerk as I was leaving and mocked me on the way out. I will be avoiding this location for future UPS needs.
