Then I have to deal with terrible customer service as if I am the inconvenience for trying to find answers to why the carrier doesn't understand that mail should be delivered to the mailroom of our apartment complex. Now my package is being held and I have no idea where it is because the tracking number given to me doesn't exist? It's like I have to play detective, going between my apartment leasing office and the post office to find my mail. It should not be this difficult. Customer service is never any help. I just want consistency when my mail is delivered. I did not realize this was such a hard ask for a post office.

Sent mon because I know they're incompetent to allow an extra day. 4 days later no delivery and tracking updated 2 full days ago. Also sent a padded envelope to same area for 1/3 of the price, delivered ontime with tracking updated daily. What a ripoff, should've just sent both ground. Definitely fedex next time. Hopefully they didn't rob me like last years birthday when the card envelope was sliced open and giftcard removed
