Everyone around me and in my mom’s neighborhood (right next door) has been receiving the wrong mail!!!!! I have IMPORTANT mail that was never delivered but it says it has been delivered. This has been happening consistently!!!!! I have mail from my neighbors and so forth. It’s really unfortunate because it’s happening to all of us. Some of us are waiting for important mail, so this is really unfortunate

Then I have to deal with terrible customer service as if I am the inconvenience for trying to find answers to why the carrier doesn't understand that mail should be delivered to the mailroom of our apartment complex. Now my package is being held and I have no idea where it is because the tracking number given to me doesn't exist? It's like I have to play detective, going between my apartment leasing office and the post office to find my mail. It should not be this difficult. Customer service is never any help. I just want consistency when my mail is delivered. I did not realize this was such a hard ask for a post office.
