There was zero wait and Penelope helped me with a smile. She boxed up one item and told me the other one would be able to be returned. She was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this UPS store location if you can deal with the Publix parking lot. 😂

I handed my IDs to the notary, and he threw both of them back on the counter not once, but twice. I shouldn't tolerate this kind of behavior, especially when I pay for a service and the staff is usually excellent, except for the notary. I don't expect the service to improve, and not because of me, because it's not a place where I felt valued. With all due respect to the person, but I don't pay to receive unequal
