It's a Staples... if you've been to one, you've been to them all. A typical experience that we've all grown accustomed to - as we appreciate its corporate standardization efficiency while resenting its soulless capitalistic extraction. Loses an extra star for not having a trash can inside OR outside; the worker (who is not at fault and deserves a living wage) said the store "wanted to limit customers'" garbage or something like... I'm not sorry, if you are open to the public, then having public utilities and furniture, like trash cans, is not only for the benefit of the public, but also ensures the cleanliness and environmental quality of the area. (pictured is not on the Staples site, but of a similarly-sized and situated Office Depot down the road to show how EASY it is to provide). Plus, the store is sited on a lot that contributes to detrimental automotive-focused suburban design - especially by its impervious paving and vehicular circulatory areas and parking in what should be contributing to a denser, walkable, multi-modal environment.

I had a very good experience at this location (Palm Bay Rd). It was somewhat busy, but adequately staffed, and shout out to Christina and Ashawnie specifically, who were efficient at getting people helped quickly. They provided a printing service that I needed and made it look easy after I had received subpar results elsewhere. Christina and Ashawnie were quick to attend to me, were welcoming, accommodating, skilled, and just had great attitudes, which is so refreshing. The store was out of my way and yet I'll travel there for help from here on.

Kelliane Maguire is literally the rudest employee I have ever seen at any business ever. So disrespectful to other employees and acts like a childish bully. Disgusting personality and makes me never want to shop there again. She should of never been hired to work at the print department
