When asking her questions, she responded rudely. I did not get her name but it was around 1:03 pm today. Super bad customer service and unfriendly.

But the post office has completely misplaced our mail between the new and old address, we havent received our mail for almost 3 weeks. No one can tell us where our mail is and they have not made efforts to locate our mail or properly forward it to our new address. Also, they're claiming we never filed for an address change. Which we all did and received confirmation in the mail that our mail would be sent to our new address. They screwed up big time and need to find our mail.
