My porch is ALWAYS accessible, instead the LAZY driver chose not to deliver my package stating they didn't have access! I'm assuming it wasn't the regular carrier asit was time stamped 7:30 1/7/24. I can't call and speak to anyone to resolve this, and no package in sight! Poor scrappy service USPS! No wonder FedEx is more popular and reliable! Way to fail!

So far I have not received my parcels. I have received an email each time that said that my parcel has been delivered and ready to be pick up from my mail box. Today I receive a key in my mail box so I open the box up and found someone else parcel in my box. I had to walk down the next street to give the right person their parcel. I still have not received my parcels from July 5th and 8th. A woman at the mail box said that she has received other people parcels in her mail box too. I am not happy with that mail man.
