- AAAlyJan 14, 20261.0I came in specifically to mail my wedding invitations. Earlier that same day, I had these envelopes weighed at this location and purchased the exact stamps that were recommended by USPS staff. When I returned to mail them, this employee claimed the postage was wrong and attempted to charge me additional money, contradicting what another employee had already confirmed. He also tried to charge extra simply to hand-scan the envelopes and spoke to customers in a condescending and unprofessional manner. The overall tone was unnecessary and stressful, especially considering this is an important and time-sensitive mailing. Customer service should be consistent and respectful. I expect USPS employees to follow official policies not personal rules and to treat customers courteously. I hope management addresses this behavior so future customers don’t have the same experience.
