- TTTokyoJan 21, 20263.0The service is amazing, the boss cashier is amazing too but the rest is awful speaks to me like I have ears that picks up sounds from 20ft away like please speak louder. The most is that please except a line that’s at least 10ft long even with three cashiers like make a new location around chuliota where the zip code is 32766 this post office I think covers 32765 and 32766. The kiosks sometimes work and sometimes not. But the best part is tha they send their packages to the distribution centers pretty quick like in the afternoon.

They should be investigated by USPS Office of Inspector General and closed. They also never answer their phone. To do this to people deployed overseas is beyond disgusting.

I arranged pick up at the PO for 10/22. Went there. They stated directly that it is not kept at the PO. They said I could have it delivered on the 23rd. Now it is the 25th and was promised delivery TODAY. My husband spoke to the mail carrier yesterday who told us this. I went to our mailbox, met the delivery person, expecting a bunch of mail and got NOTHING. I already filed a complaint. Now what do I do?
