They should be investigated by USPS Office of Inspector General and closed. They also never answer their phone. To do this to people deployed overseas is beyond disgusting.

Now it is the 25th and was promised delivery TODAY. My husband spoke to the mail carrier yesterday who told us this. I went to our mailbox, met the delivery person, expecting a bunch of mail and got NOTHING. I already filed a complaint. Now what do I do?
