  I had multiple documents that needed to be signed by a notary and shipped across the country. It was a bit of a complicated process, the consulate who will be receiving my documents has a strict policy on how to ship official paperwork. Jonah was very efficient in helping me prepare my documents correctly for his notary services. He was very patient and displayed top tier customer service. I will now always go to this location for my shipping and notary services.

  Was walking up to UPS today and always have a good experience. The worker was so nice and was calmly saying to everyone “we are open!” from outside the door while picking up a package from a car. A younger man was walking up and he said to him WE ARE OPEN far away from the young man’s face. It was so nice. I have always seen someone at a UPS treat someone this way. Then he said HI with a smile as he opened the door. I know the owners are very nice this kid was SO JOLLY. I will be calling ups with a compliment too

  Was walking up to UPS today and usually have a good experience. The worker was so rude and was yelling at everyone “we are closed” from outside the door while picking up a package from a car. An older man was walking up and he yelled at him WE ARE CLOSED right in the elderly man’s face. It was so rude. I have never seen someone at a UPS treat someone this way. Then he screamed BYE with a smile as he shut the door. I know the owners are very nice this kid was SO RUDE. I will be calling ups with a complaint too.
