  I had a terrible experience here, and will never return. More, your staff lost the opportunity to convert me from being a regular at Office Depot and severely damaged the Staples brand. I recently moved, and regularly have small prints I need. I have gone to Office Depot 50+ times without issues getting my prints as a walk in. Sometimes it is busy, and there will be a que. At Office Depot they have a 20% rush fee, no problem, I've paid this rush fee many times. But even with the rush fee there is a limit to what the staff can physically do. Here is the difference, at Office Depot what they do is when there is no one at the cash register they will send someone to help process my rush order. Not everyone knows how to do printing, but the managers do, and between help from another associate or the print staff fiting in my small order in(often only a few pages), I've consistently gotten my prints. I don't mind waiting, I come in knowing if it is busy I may need to wait until there is available associates to help. But Stable is different. I was told that with the rush fee I would need to wait an hour, and here is what is unforgivable. I spoke with the manager, and while the cash register had no customers in it the manager simply refused to help me. It was more important to him, and another associate, two people, to stand there doing nothing just in case a customer needed to buy something instead of helping the customer right in front of them. He claimed he didn't know how to do the printing, I assume he is lying because a manager who doesn't know how to do the printing is professionally incompetent. He said straight to my face to go to the Office Depot 5 minutes away. I did, and guess what, I got my prints, no problem.

  The black woman. Supposedly “manager” behind the counter has a major attitude problem. Went to buy an item and 90% of the parts were missing and then she starts waving her head and snapping her fingers asking me. What do I expect? Please do something about this associate. This is not the type of behavior that anyone working with people/customers should endure or have to tolerate EVER

  Absolutely terrible experience at this Staples. Specifically came in for help with a simple print job on some special paper we had brought in. The older lady behind the counter could not be bothered and gave off very hostile vibes. She told us we needed to place an online order and come back hours later. Stay away from this Staples for any semblance of customer service.
