You are very rude and I will never patronize your store as long as you work there. No need to talk down to people like they are trash. I know Staple doesn't pay you extra to be a JERK!

Staples shouldn’t offer Amazon/Happy/TSA/Passport photos/and now Party City if their staff can’t emotionally handle the stress. Tyler yelled at the 8 of us waiting in line to stand behind boxes to make Amazon returns so no one blocked the doors. Everyone moved but an elderly couple so Tyler yells at them “no!? You’re just not gonna move?!” So another female associate joined in from across the store yelling at the couple to move….when they didn’t Tyler asked them if they had Amazon returns to which they replied “no, passport photos”. Tyler rolled his eyes and said “oh, God” and grabbed another associate to help. These associates need to learn patience and manners if Staples is going to make them feel overwhelmed.

The employees are ALL so miserable doing it and they are right out mean and rude it’s truly unbelievable. Then to top it off the mangers are exactly the same. Staples employees might not like dealing with Amazon/Happy Returns but for goodness sake why why be so rude and ugly to the customers returning it’s not their fault. If you look through the reviews you will see how many complaints there are for a while now and they all are identical. Why would I or anyone else give Staples my business when they treat people so incredibly rude and so incredibly mean.

I tried getting the attention of one woman speaking with two other staff and she was so rude to me I thought I was being punked. I just left my items and walked out. I will never, ever go to this store or company ever again. Really shocking as if everyone had just given up and didn’t care about customers.
