- LDLindsay DavisSep 30, 20251.0Post Master is rude and unhelpful. Went in because this is the only post office on my way into work that is open during hours I'm able to make it before I work. I had to cancel a change of address, when I called USPS they told me I could go to ANY POST OFFICE ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES to cancel my change of address. The post Master at this location was rude, told me I was 'lucky' she was able to help me because she came from Port Charlotte, then took down my information and told me she'd 'call me if there was an issue' and left me at the desk with no confirmation that anything would be completed. I left, because I had to get to work. Yesterday, I noticed none of my mail had been delivered. I checked the tracking information on USPS and now all my my packages are apparently being held 'at customers request.' I never requested my packages be held, as I do not have the time to go to the post office in port Charlotte because I work in Sarasota. So thanks to whatever this post Master did I now need to leave work early to make it to the post office in port Charlotte so that I can try and get my mail. Worst experience ever, filed a formal complaint through USPS because this is absolutely unacceptable.

- BCBrad CurlerSep 20, 20211.0I’ll give this post office and opportunity to make the proper corrections that need to be made. I’ll be back there this week. My tracked media packages I will be there for lady. I’m a little uncertain as to why the tuna lady has a problem with people shipping media mail. I would imagine most post offices including this is struggling with Amazon and all… And I can see why. She always has bad energy, always having a bad day, and most likely needs to take a really long vacation. Maybe that will adjust her attitude. I will update soon. Stay tuned.
