My package was supposed to be kept on hold but she told me it was sent out anyways and while explaining to the manager my situation she kept demeaning me and did not solve my problem. She absolutely cannot be talking to customers.

I don’t know if it was this place specifically that’s responsible for that, but I did drop it off here, and someone needs to be held accountable.
