They changed lobby hours from 24/7 to 7-7, even still they lock the door before 7 and at times the door will be open but the self kiosk will be down for maintenance. Majority of the time they have one person at the counter. The machine said scanning unavailable so had to wait in line for 30 minutes, when I finally got to the counter the “supervisor” said I will only do 5 out of your 6 packages, I replied I’m only doing it at the counter since your machine says scanning is unavailable am I supposed to get back in line for the 6th one. She said that wasn’t allowed it would still be 6, and that she’s the supervisor and can fix the machine but doesn’t feel like it.
