I visited the office located at 7707 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32809 to request assistance with a simple change of address. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff at the front desk was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk gave me incorrect information. She stated that I could only complete a change of address for myself and not for my two minor children because they would have to be 18 years or older. I informed her that this was incorrect and explained that I could submit a change of address for my minor children. I also offered to bring their birth certificates if identity verification was needed. Instead of assisting me, she responded with a very negative attitude. She rolled her eyes, insisted that my children would need identification, and dismissed the fact that they are minors and therefore do not have IDs. She then handed me the paperwork by tossing it on the desk. Before I even had the chance to step away from the counter, she called the next person while I was still standing there being assisted. I stepped outside to my car to complete the forms and planned to return to speak with a manager about the interaction. When I came back inside, the gentleman sitting next to her appeared to already be aware of the situation and had a smirk on his face. I asked him if a manager was available. He told me that no manager would be present until 2:00 PM. When I asked if there was anyone else above them that I could speak with, he said there was a supervisor but that she would not be able to assist because she was helping in the back. I then asked who would assist a customer who had an issue with the service they were receiving. His response was that there was no one who could help me, and he proceeded to call the next person in line. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism displayed at this location was very disappointing. This is not the first time I have experienced rude behavior at this office, and it appears that nothing is being done to address these concerns. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given accurate information when seeking assistance. I sincerely hope that management reviews this situation and works toward improving the customer service at this location. Hiring staff who treat people respectfully and providing proper training would greatly improve the experience for the community that relies on this office for services.

The ball was dropped recently in the shipping and initial delivery attempt of a parcel. Phone calls placed to the shipper as well as the USPS 800 # were met with push back and little empathy. Upon speaking with branch manager Bernando, he took immediate and total ownership of the situation despite it not being his fault and promptly resolved the issue by following up as well as following through. The old school customer service he provided is sorely lacking these days but greatly appreciated and this 5-Star review is exclusively for him - thanks again so much Bernando.

Terrible service, the black girl who works there in the morning is rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, the customer experience is awful and disastrous, she refused to give me my package and sent it back to my home country. Horrible, disastrous.
