New resident to the area, had an issue with my mailbox upon moving in and I called and spoke with Regina and she was pleasant, kind, and compassionate. She worked to quickly resolve my issue and help me how she could. I was truly impressed and appreciate the service I received. You'd be surprised how nice people are when you are nice to them, please remember that when you are stressed and dealing with customer service of any sort.

For the past weeks 2 out of 3 of the drop off bins have been broken and now the 3rd is broken where you now have to join the line and wait just to drop-off packages, shipping prices increasing and this things can't be fixed? Very inconvenient

Horrible experience and service. I but postage through the USPS and EBAY program. Allows discounted rates through the program and I use approved USPS and EBAY envelopes. However every time I come to this office they treat me like I am ripping them off. The only location I have ever been to who acts like this. Meanwhile they clearly do not know the programs USPS has with vendors like eBay. The service is very poor, they treat you like garbage. And when I buy postage at the window….they don’t even get things delivered. Worst location by far. USPS needs to do a better job informing their clerks about eBay’s SWE program , the envelopes approved for it, and the discounts sellers on eBay receive. Been doing this since 2008….this is the only location who acts like this.

we had prepaid package and 95% of post offices have drop off bins and this ones doesn't. so you get yelled at by nasty speaking postwomen behind the counter. i am 67 years old and never have i been spoken to by goverment personal like this. she should not be employed in a customer interface situation.

I use this location often, as I sell collectibles online, and have never had an issue with my packages ending up where they need to be. Most employees are great, but I have had employees who are pretty rude or short with me for no reason, or who will literally not speak, just grab, scan, and hand me a receipt, and not even respond when I say "thanks, have a good day". I've been to FAR worse USPS locations in FL for sure, but there does seem to be a problem employee or two that should be delt with. I've witnessed some unprofessional and condescending interactions from the employees side to other customers. Probably would go somewhere else with anything involving questions, but since the usual QR scan labels I use are very quick and easy, I've never had an actual conflict personally, besides a bit of occasional rudeness as I mentioned.
