If I could score lower, I would. The moral at this location has drastically declined. Maybe the clerks have been there too long and getting too comfortable or bored with their jobs but I do not appreciate being belittled when spoke to or hand thrown as if I don’t mean anything. Especially after waiting for service when told to step to the side to fill out a form and come back for her to walk away, saying she’s going on break and the guy will help me when he is done with his current customer when I waited on her the whole time as he took several people is insane. I bring my business like everyone else. All it takes is a little communication and some courtesy. So for the light skinned black guy, who’s been there a while and the Caribbean accent having lady find another job or something in life that makes you happy. Definitely will take my business somewhere else going forward. The nonchalant and unprofessionalism has to stop.

Self service makes you buy 2 stamps. Had to wait in line for 15 mins for 2 customers. Go somewhere else

Worst postal service ever. The lady supervisor is super rude and does not know how to conduct business or handle customers. She doesn’t want to do her job and is a bad face for this business. 0/10 do not recommend going to this post office if you’re looking for professional help.

Very disappointing experience today at the Kirkman post office. I only needed a label to attach to my package. Two tellers were busy helping customers, and while walking I saw an employee named Kerel walk in from the back area into the work section.
As I began to ask a simple question, he loudly interrupted me—twice—saying “You even skip the line,” without even listening to what I was asking. I was not trying to skip the line at all, just asking where I could get a label.
Considering he had just walked in from the back, the reaction felt unnecessary and rude.
His coworker who was helping customers at the counter, however, was patient and pleasant, which I appreciated.
Having worked in customer service for over 25 years, I know how important it is to listen first and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had with this employee today.
