- MMMuneeb Mahmood4 days ago2.0I’ve used this UPS Store several times and they consistently charge extra for things like tape or a simple plastic bag for Amazon returns. Other UPS Store locations nearby don’t charge for these small things. Just something to be aware of before coming here — you may want to bring your items fully packed or try another location. Updating my rating from 3 stars to 2. I understand the “customer packed” policy. My point was about the customer service experience. Other UPS Store locations nearby have taped boxes or helped with small things like that as a courtesy, even with customer-packed returns. At this location it has consistently felt like every small item comes with an extra charge. My review was simply to let people know to come fully packed if they plan to use this location. A little acknowledgment of the customer’s experience would have gone a long way.

You don’t find that kind of customer service anywhere you have to be nice in order to get great service. If you are in a hole of course you’re gonna get treated like that. Be nice at the end of the day and I promise you people will help.
