  Hannah is a Boss Babe! She helped us find the best option to ship our souvenirs back home as cost-efficiently as possible. She was able to estimate the exact weight just by looking at it too. Super impressive! We could just tell she was running the store well. Thanks, Hannah!

  Erica was very nice and helpful. She handled my package and fingerprinting service with care. I will be make note that this location will be my go to location for my service needs. Update: Although I initially put 5 stars and the above rating, I had to change it. Simply because I had to redo my fingerprints at another store location. I wanted to come back here, but their machine suddenly stops working with the camera. Idk if it’s a matter of the machine, or something wasn’t entered right, or if my prints were not sufficient (since I had to do it myself) but I got inconvenienced having to redo my fingerprints prints.

  Normally l don’t have issues with my returns and today it was like my returns got mixed up. The nice young employees helped me figure it all out. The kind sweet young lady’s demeanor really helped calm my nerves. She got the job done.

  Terrible customer service. Needed help using the printing and both associates were too lazy to help despite me being the only one in the store. They directed me to Walgreens Edit: After reading the reviews it seems that I'm not the only one to experience this. I just want my money back for a service that was never rendered

  Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Malfunctioning Equipment I am writing to report a very frustrating experience at your UPS Store today. I came in to print a document for notarization, but the self-service computer was not working properly. I asked the employee, Emily, for assistance. She unplugged and reconnected the machine in front of me in a dismissive and visibly irritated manner, but it still did not work. Despite the issue not being resolved, she did not offer any further help and insisted that I continue using the machine on my own. Her attitude was not welcoming, and there was no effort to assist or provide basic customer service. I would understand and be more patient if the store was busy. However, at the time I was there (around 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM), both employees appeared to be available, yet no one came over to properly check or assist me with the computer issue. The manager can review the store’s security camera footage to confirm that there were no other customers present at that time. Additionally, I was charged $3 even though I was unable to complete my printing. I have been a frequent UPS customer because of the convenient location near my home. However, after this experience, I will choose to use FedEx instead, where the customer service has been excellent. They assisted me by printing my document and were willing to help throughout the process. This experience showed a clear lack of customer service and was very disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed so future customers receive better assistance. Thank you.
